Entreprenuer, sales and training professional. My passion is helping people get better through practice and coaching. I created SureSpeak so that people could practice and master their critical-for-success communication skills. I started my career in sales and when I was not very good at it, I role-played until I had the confidence to succeed. When I became a manager and then a trainer, role-playing was effective, but still inefficient - and many people felt intimidated. Additionally, there was no way to share a training session with a manager or archive it for future review. SureSpeak was my answer those problems.With just a webcam and an internet connection, a coach can provide a student feedback and counseling on skills such as sales, presentations, public speaking, customer service, etc.
