I graduated the “Management Faculty” at ASE, Bucharest and I continued with post-graduating studies in the same direction; but because I wanted to put into practice all the theoretical aspects I had learnt and build up my schooling I took a specialization course “Financial analysis and prepayment risks” at The Romanian Banking Institute. Working at ’S.C. Pro Auto Industries S.A’ I acquired the knowledge of an up to date careful watch of the orders and deliveries in a real time, manufacturing analysis, efficiency and collaboration with the linking departments. The activity I had at ’S.C. Prelasti S.R.L.’ helped me to acquire the sense of coordinating a team, to improve my negotiating ability and to answer the clients’ different demands, to adapt to different working conditions (the hydro-protection domain) and to learn to respond to another domain’s requirements others than my own field/specialization. Nevertheless, my experience within the Customer Service Department gave me the opportunity to develop my communicating, negotiating and fast-solving problems abilities in a real time, abilities that were essential for both the client and the company; in this way I managed to combine the analytic spirit of being solution-oriented and the client’s contentment. My sense of being a part of a team and taking the initiative in different aspects became more prominent because of my being a part of the testing team; during this project I broadened my synthesizing, focusing and adaptability skills.
Like a Specialist I obtained good results as respect to the giving an account of a department, database operating, correlating these two and then analyzing the efficiency meter. I learn to appreciate the true values that are transparent within the company, to appreciate the quality of their services and to understand that making things as close as possible to perfection is one’s duty and the company’s duty as a form of respect to the client and to itself.

3. Benchmarking analysis of distribution channels (dealer vs. store) within a region/ county
Develop forecasting models (track indicators, verify assumptions) and provide support to develop channel performance
Monitor and analyze sales channel productivity (per PoS and per agent)
