Management of two UC product lines (Windows & Linux), the Technical Documentation team, the UX Design team, and the Operations/Infrastructure projects.

Product life cycle management (product and project management):
- Implement iterative development cycle (a hybrid between Agile and Waterfall project management techniques).
- Develop and Manage roadmap.
- Manage schedule.
- Develop requirements, and functional specification (including UX design for Windows Desktop, Web, and Mobile).
- Work with engineering on defining schedule and delivering product.

SAAS and Virtualization:

- 5 OEM partners (2 inside US , and 3 outside US); participate in QBRs and negotiate OEM specific product aspects.
- 3 major vendors (Nuance, Dell OEM division, Dialogic).
- Microsoft Partner Network: Manage AVST's Microsoft Partner Network account and competencies (currently AVST is an MS Silver partner).

Process management:
- Research, design, negotiate and implement organization processes.
- Research, design, negotiate and implement product life cycle processes.
- Manage the Project Management tool and the associated processes.

Logistics:
- Manage pricing and pricing automation.
- Manage Hardware platforms used to build the AVST kits. Platforms range from low end Dell servers, to high end Dell servers, to fault tolerant Stratus and NEC servers.

The main accomplishments so far are:
* Revamped the internal engineering processes to make them consistent across product lines and product teams
* Implemented the above mentioned processes in order to improve the products quality and release predictability
* Created the external processes to be used for global product release to various markets
* Helped marketing with roadmap definition and marketing requirements
* Created the detailed functional specifications and contributed to the design of several key features of the enterprise messaging product. Two most relevant features I worked on are clustering, speech enabled auto-attendant, and interactive Voice Response (IVR).
* Managed the relationship with the European engineering facility
* Managed several international NRE contracts between the parent company in Japan and the Active Voice subsidiary
* Managed the Active Voice engineering team through a tough reorganization and merger with NEC of America meant to streamline the business and to help company adapt to the global economical crisis.
