My professional experience can best be described as building teams from scratch toward achieving challenging, complex goals and objectives. Extensive use of high performance team building approaches and techniques. This was true in assembling multi-disciplined teams for delivering systems integration or large program management consulting engagements as well as recent experience building an internet start up company.
My passion is to continue to look for ways to grow my most recent company, SalvageSale, Inc. (now AssetNation) through innovative partnerships and strategies. I also remain interested in opportunities to expand my experience in effective high performance team building approaches and strategies to apply to both my professional career as well as several charitable organizations in which I'm deeply involved.

November 2008 — January 2009 (3 months)
Following the acquisition of AssetAuctions by SalvageSale, Inc, the parent company was renamed AssetNation. After this successful acquisition, I made the decision to move onto a new challenge. We have hired a new CEO, Dave Dawson, who started January 2, 2009. He and I have transitioned duties during the first two months of the year. I am now working out of the Houston Technology Center evaluating new opportunities including possibly aquiring small companies, investing in early stage recyling/clean energy ventures as well as pursing another CEO position for a private equity portfolio company.
