Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre has a four-acre lake with a walking trail along the perimeter. Maintain any workout routine on contemporary exercise equipment in the fitness center. 48,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space enable this North Dallas Galleria hotel to host any function in style. The Lincoln Ballroom holds 1,200 Guests for the grandest of product launches, sales conferences, or weddings.
Our north Dallas hotel is just a short drive to many entertainment and sporting events at American Airlines Center. Crockett’s Restaurant features contemporary American cuisine with a southwestern flare, while H Bar offers regional tapas, specialty cocktails, and martinis in a hip, cool atmosphere.
Responsible for soliciting new catering accounts, entertaining and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to meet and/or exceed food and beverage revenue goals. Oversee client functions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Catering to customers and all operating departments to ensure a high standard of organization and guest service throughout all of the hotel's recently-renovated 40,000 square feet of meeting space.
Vast business knowledge and culinary experience to drive revenue, book and supervise events, and to provide a unique experience to all Hotel guests.
Plan, solicit, book and coordinate group meetings to enable the hotel to meet and/or exceed revenue goals in rooms and food and beverage.
Plan, upsell and detail the meeting/function with the client, including space requirements, times, equipment, menus, billing instructions, etc. Complete the contracts, prepare areas in the hotel, and resolve any issues, complaints, and/or problems to ensure quality product delivery and customer satisfaction.
*Maintained close client relationships, focused on rebooking all events when possible while also building customer base by networking at community events, doing outside sales calls and participating in annual Starwood Sales Blitz.
*Renewed Relationships with previous customers by utilizing budgetary funds as stipulated by client to execute exquisite events resulting in a $250K Food and Beverage revenue and $15K Guestroom Revenue for an Annual Summer Employee Appreciation Party for 1,500 employees.
*Worked continually to remain aware of current food & beverage trends by attending local tastings, festivals, avid Food Network watcher and researching competitor’s menus as was maintaining close relationships with local vendors/suppliers.

• Assisted Sales Manager in prospecting for new business by running lost/turn down business reports in Delphi, researching Teamhot leads sent to sister properties and Aspen Chamber of Commerce Calendar of Events.
• Responsible for Ordering Office Supplies, Purchase Orders and Sales and Marketing Checkbook
• Partnered with Director of Sales & Marketing to expose the local Chamber of Commerce, Local Newspapers, Meeting Planners and Destination Management Companies of upcoming events and current Promotions including Aspen Food & Wine, HBO Comedy Club, Remede Spa Days and Hotel offers through marketing collateral.
• Responsible for swift turnaround on requests for hotel information, sample proposals, contracts, banquet events orders, billing/payment documents, budget estimates etc.
• Responsible for training new assistants on Catering, Sales and Convention Services daily duties and support responsibilities.
• Contributed $250K in Revenue to Catering Managers Revenue Goals when Catering Managers were unavailable
• Contributed to improved Meeting Planner Satisfaction Index scores, coordinating with Sales Manager to rebook programs.
