Marketing:
A. Headed up all marketing initiatives for an extensive property re-branding project, this included the creation and implementation of an all new brand while replacing an established brand, the heading up all necessary research needed to create and execute the all new property brand, development and execution of the overall strategic game plan, overseeing the creation of all creative templates with relation to the launching of the new brand, and overseeing of all marketing initiatives including all internal and external marketing. B. Headed up and implemented all strategic media buying strategies which resulted in introduction of an all new demographic to the property ($5.5 MM) “new brand” advertising program.
C. Developed integrated agency competitive analysis - strategic media research and presentation of findings with the assistance of several high level consultants with recommendations for all future media implementation.
ADVERTISING: Designed and maintained advertising budgets and their results analysis to track estimated capture rate within identified markets for our property.
Introduced both traditional and non-traditional media initiatives to each property I’ve worked with including the use of product sampling; radio, newspaper and online contests.
