Mr. Stocks has over 20 years of experience in the biotech industry, most of it in leading executive roles. Cliff formerly spent 15 years on the executive team of ICOS Corporation as an Executive Officer and Vice President of Business Development where he led alliance formation and deal making, and oversaw drug discovery and acquisition initiatives. He was instrumental in the success of the blockbuster drug, Cialis®, and was the key architect of the Lilly ICOS joint venture partnership leading to their $2.3 billion merger in 2007. Prior to ICOS Corporation, Mr. Stocks was a management consultant at Booz, Allen & Hamilton in the Chicago Health Services Practice.

Cliff is married with five children, and in addition to a daily asana, he enjoys a variety of outdoor activities (cycling, skiing, photography, etc.), and is an accomplished kayaker and motorcycle enthusiast.
Mr. Stocks has served as a member of the Washington Biotechnology and Biomedical Association (WBBA) Board of Directors, and the Corporate Advisory Board for the University of Washington, Department of Pharmacy's Pharmaceutical Outcomes and Research Policy Program (PORPP). Mr. Stocks now serves on the Board of Directors of Pacific Northwest Biotechnology, a biotech startup focused on cancer therapeutics, and he is a founder and acting Chief Executive Officer of HealthGain Partners, a medical device wholesale operation. Additionally, this is his sixth year coaching 2nd year students in the University of Washington MBA Mentor Program.
