  ICT Solutions is the main ITS's production BU. With more than 100 employees, its mission is the delivery of ICT products and services for big customers.
  As COO I have in charge several customers and all the related technical activities:
  - Management and controlling of software projects (coordination and supporting of project managers activities in the conduction of the relative plans for in house ‘turn key’ solutions).
  - Control of software applications Quality Assurance.
  - presale activities (evaluation and technical accounting) towards the customers;
  - editing of technical documentation for bids;
  - cost estimation and control;
  - controlling of all ‘body rental’ activities near the customers.
  
  The responsibility entrusted contemplates the complete management of the ITS's "ICT Solutions" BU budget, education, internal training and R&D.
  My activities are estimated mainly in terms of Gross Operating Margin and of annual invoice.
