-Develop and grow PrideStaff's client base by selling our services for temporary and/or full time staffing solutions
-Make telephone calls and conduct one-on-one meetings with key managers and senior level executives, for the purpose of providing solutions to our clients and building on existing client relationships
-Attend facility tours of current customers to see their operation in order to provide the most qualified candidates
-Recruit top level administrative, customer service, warehouse, accounting candidates for our core positions as well as specialty positions such as executive business management, marketing, warehouse management, sales opportunities, logistics and operations, etc.

-Pre-screen potential candidates over the phone

-Provide ongoing and consistent contact with candidates while offering professional and value-added career guidance
-Review hire documents with candidates after interview, including filling out I-9 and W-4 forms correctly
-Select the right candidate to fulfill client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with clients and candidates currently on assignment to ensure satisfactory performance.
-Complete forms for worker’s compensation codes, run D & B reports to assess customer credit risk, send out credit applications to new customers
-Responsible for staying current on employment laws
