While many search firms concentrate on recruiting within a particular industry, my focus is finding the specific skills and experiences needed to bring your management team to the next level of performance. If you talk with any of my past client companies you will find that I try to work very closely with them to identify their needs and not to waste their time with needless phone calls or with candidates that just don't fit their specific needs. We handle all of our own research and candidate contact, rather than outsourcing the recruiting function.
