Thought about going into sales, but figured I'd stick with editorial, and since I'm not much of a gardener, I started looking elsewhere. Learned a lot about magazine production here, too. Good experience, dedicated staff, but there's little pay when you're a grunt.

Because of my duties, I had a Secret/ENT-NAC security clearance, and was also a member of the ship's security force and worked pilot rescue on the flight deck. On a small ship, you have to wear many hats.
