First started in Bluetongue as the Technical Project Manager for the Shared Technology Group, planning and scheduling milestones for PRIME, the common engine shared by Bluetongue's game development teams. In this role was responsible for :

Ensuring all team members were allocated appropriate work and that this work was monitored and balanced.
Identifying and removing internal and external roadblocks.
Maintaining visibility to stakeholders by reporting progress via monthly line reviews and burndown charts
Handling inter-team communications and issues in a timely manner
Assistance with performance reviews and career coaching
Improving work and workflow processes where appropriate
Daily use of project management tools
Involvement in Project management tool evaluation for replacement of the current unsupported application. Evaluated JIRA and Hansoft.
Script maintenance and creation for reports required from Bluetongue's current task tracking tool, AQDev Team. Scripts were written in VB Script and Delphi.
Communicating and coordinating with the IT department on behalf of all games teams

Designed, coded, and supported an in-house ALM application in C#, designed around Quest's internal Agile methodology. This is a front end client that is used by Project Managers instead of the StarTeam client. The application uses C# and StarTeam SDK to access the StarTeam repository and the Quest R&D SQL Server database to integrate the Project Tasks and Requirements with the team resources to give an insight into a project's iteration, and overall, status.
Fully documented the user manual for the above application in Word 2007.
Wrote various web applications that were incorporated into the Quest R&D internal web system. These tasks included creating web services.
Created a windows service that would synchronise Change Requests from a variety of internal Quest CR systems. This was achieved using .NET Remoting.
Worked part time on the Quest Licensing R&D team. Duties included: ongoing configuration of the R&D license key generator web page for QA; modularizing the Quest Licensing Service so that license generator wrappers were dynamic plug-ins rather than compiled into one executable; redesigning the R&D License Generator page to be a web front-end to a SQL Server data store including detailed project design documentation.
