The role of General Manager at MyWorkplace Solutions has been an evolutionary process over a number of years. Many of the tasks performed have been a part of my role governing the past 10+ years – however have become now more clearly defined during my role as GM.

The prime edict of my role was to ensure stability of product commencing from the Development Team and ensuring significant improvements to our internal Q & A processes culminating in superior delivery of service and application to the base.

This has been achieved in a number of areas by a series of key processes and Leadership initiatives such as the Implementation of SalesForce software for Sales Management, Case logging and Bug Tracking. The Management of Development Team, including Development of strategic plans relating to the application and future target markets. Effective Management of the support Team including work assignment review and workload/performance assessment. Overall management of the Hardware support team – ensuring best practice and agreed contract adherence. Improved Selling processes by mentoring of the Sales Team – to include end to end Selling support from Pre-Sales Presentations and strategic account planning to close of contract.

As GM I bring to the organization a Loyal, Pragmatic and honest approach, ensuring best practice, whilst still being able to create the conditions necessary to optimize the value of all resources across the team, with a view to foster a positive, collegiate environment that encourages creativity, individual contribution and collective commitment toward common goal.

Account Manager

 Effective Account Management to client base nationally, including upsell and process improvement to ensure steady growth within the based throughout Australia and New Zealand.
 Debtor Control

Transition Manager

 The role at Kronos was created as a result of the acquisition of Australian Timewise Systems by Kronos Australia. The Role was effectively to manage the transition of existing customers of ATS over to the Kronos base.
