My focus is on artificial intelligence and machine learning and their application to life sciences, biological and chemical data, especially in the domain of drug discovery. My (tentative) PhD dissertation title is Statistical Machine Learning and Data Mining for Chemoinformatics and Drug Discovery.

Machine Learning: Graphical models, Bayesian Networks, Markov Models, Kernel Methods and SVM, Neural Networks.
Chemoinformatics: OEChem, OpenBabel, chimera, Marvin, DOCK.
Programming: Python, C, Java. Experience with R, Matlab. Bases of C++, Caml.
