1) Sept 2002- Oct 2003, Affiliate Sales Manager, responsible for all the exports from Brazil and Argentina to the rest of the world (Latin America, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Africa), working in Brazil and Argentina. Achievements: 30% growth in tones exported, reorganizing the logistic circuit to improve service.
2) Jan 2001-Aug 2002 Special Channels Sales Manager, snackfood Sales Manager and Project Leader of Argentina's Interior sales distribution (all at the same time). Responsible for the Special Customers (Cinemas, cash & carry clients, Oil, etc), all the snackfood distributors in the country and a special project of distribution in all the minor cities of Argentina.. Achievements: Growth of 50% in Special Customers and 27.9% in the Interior Project. Implementation of successful promotional activities.
3) Apr 1999- Dec 2000 Sales Manager. Responsible for 14 salesmen and KAMs, and 15 merchandisers in 14 different states (North, center and west of the country), based in Cordoba. Achievements: Sales growth of 21%. Replace most of the distributors, selecting those with distribution and financial capabilities. Leadership and motivation of the sales team. Launch of a low price petfood product in the area.
4) May 1998-Dec 1998 Import-Exports Manager. A special assignment to: a) restructure the department and its functions, b) speed up the imports and exports, c) define the administrative and financial circuits, d) analysis and remodeling the flow of goods, and accomplish all the legal requirements. Achievements: all the objectives accomplished in a very short period of time (one month).
5) Feb 1996- Apr 1998 Credit & Collections Manager for Argentina, Chile and Uruguay.
Achievements: organization of the department. Written internal control procedures. Credit evaluation of international distributor, suggesting modifications in Mars legal status in Chile (creation of a new affiliate branch there).

I began as a trainee for the Financial Department. My last position was as Credit & collections Manager, in charge of the credit risks and collections of Argentina.
Actively participated in 3 out of 9 Quality Circles that under the concept of Total Quality, optimized the customers need (internal and external):
- reduction of salesmen paper load
- reduction of turn back
- coordination of products launches and re-launches
Achievements: accomplishment of all the individual and group objectives that were given.
