• Wrote the software requirements and specified the logical system architecture for a circuit switched provisioning system that achieved over a 95% order flow through rate.
• Reviewed and contributed to methods and procedures through technical consultation to field engineering and application support personnel.
• Earned a special recognition award from the Vice President of Engineering.
