Brian is an experienced professional specializing in strategic talent management and organizational development. Brian has served as an internal and external human resource consultant to over 80 organizations in various industries, including financial, healthcare, retail, hospitality, technology, consumer products, transportation, and public safety.
Brian began his career as an internal human resource specialist at Wells Fargo Bank in San Francisco, CA. In 1994, he joined Landy Jacobs and Associates as a Senior Consultant. Following the acquisition of Landy Jacobs by SHL in 1998, Brian became the Managing Director of SHL’s office in Boulder, CO. In 2002, he became the Director of Consulting for the SHL Americas’ headquarters in Chicago, IL where he provided leadership to consultants in the division and managed key accounts with many Fortune 500 firms.
Brian's research has been presented at numerous national conferences and published in the Journal of Applied Psychology and the Journal of Business and Psychology. Brian is also a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) where he has served on various professional committees.
Brian was born and raised in Wisconsin and currently resides in Colorado Springs with his family. He enjoys music, soccer, skiing, golf, the Green Bay Packers, and hiking in the Rocky Mountains.
