I currently work as the Lead Technical Engineer in a busy customer services/support department for a company that deals with Web, Antivirus, Spyware and Instant Message filtering. This involves gaining knowledge of a customer’s network and designing the best implementation plan to suit the customer’s infrastructure, helping them through from start to finish, along with day to day support.
Implementation on a customer’s network can range from anywhere from a 100 user base to a 10,000 user global installation.
