I keynoted a speech a few months ago and told 600 people that I wanted to effectively impact 1 million people in 5 years, and 10 million in the next ten through the work we do with Pursue the Passion.

The goal of Pursue the Passion is to expose people to career possibilities by featuring people and the jobs they work. The mission is to reverse the negative employment statistics that say over half of the American workforce dislikes what they do for a living.

We aim to accomplish our mission and goals through weekly videos we release every Monday, webinars we host once a month, and keynote speeches we deliver to companies, HR professionals, conferences, along with college and high school campuses. That's what I do for a living.
