We are a group of like-minded real estate investors, entrepreneurs and professionals, coming together to discuss and share deals, investing techniques, contacts, methods, financing, strategies, education, motivation, training, mentoring and success. Networking with others is the fastest way to accelerate your success. We welcome newcomers and seasoned pros alike, as well as product and service providers to the industry. If you are just thinking about investing, come and talk to others who are doing it. Monthly meetings are open to all. Bring your deals, bring your business cards. Pre-meeting networking opportunities begin at 5:30 PM, and networking continues after the meeting. We've just returned from the Leadership Conference at National REIA (National Real Estate Investors Assn) and we were very pleased to be the recipients of two Awards of Merit.

Electronic Communications
When we first started working with members who wanted help, we found just the right coaches, and when they bought their first deals, Bernadette wrote a series of emails about "Were Brian and Gary able to jump off the fence?" They WERE able to find their first deals, and we were very proud of them. The emails Bernadette wrote about it brought her well-deserved recognition, too!
