Responsible for developing a broader Consultancy base within an already successful organisation that prides itself on niche offerings. Initiallly will be focused on the 'Information Sharing Agenda' of potential clients with a particular interest in creating person centric information linkages at community levels involving agencies such as Health, Social Care, Police and Voluntary Sectors. This builds on my overall experience to date and brings me back into an area where I feel I can make a real difference through helping clients make it happen!!
Will initially be looking to build capacity and capability through the development of an Associate Network and/or a network of trusted partners.
Existing Consultancy expertise within the company focuses on Enterprise Solution and Techinal Design aligned to the Health Sector. It is my intention to built on this but flex this capability into other public and private sector areas.
