Until summer 2008, was IT Consultant working with hundreds of users in a higher-ed setting for the last 7 years. More recently interests, work and research have moved towards web based software development and end-user programming. Current goal for Master's research is to determine methods or a set of "rules" with which to create better non-programing user oriented development environments.
