    Everything is Political

(Non-Profit; 11-50 employees; Political Organization industry)

    January 2006Present (3 years 7 months)

In a world that is variously claimed to be post-ideological, post-political and post-historical, a cheap facade of politics has replaced the real deal.

In many situations, politics and power, the couple who we were told would be together forever, are, at best, estranged.
In place of real politics is a facade, a simulation, a game played by unaccountable elites for their own sustenance, the amusement of the media and to subjugate and passify the rest of us.
This necessitates that we go beyond the news, beyond conventional wisdom in order to understand both current events and longstanding issues.
The Discussion Space aims to re-engage and repoliticise through the provision of an open forum for generating better understanding of the real issues that affect us and the forces that act on us - globally and locally, privately and publicly.
