Currently I create Access databases for Autism Research at UNC. However I can see the future and I relaize that they will eventually run out of work for me. I'm concerned about layoffs.

To avoid this and keep my options open I have continued to maintain my home business which is mostly retail making soap and bath stuff. I also now am a virtual recruiter which I enjoy but is definitely a long term part time plan.

I continue to look for other virtual situations (especially as a software test engineer or a technical writer) that I could do part time and supplement my income. I am not available for any full time contract positions as I would consider it irresponsible to leave a relatively permanent position for a contract position. I am not interested in relocating at this time.

I assign tasks organize duties and adjust situations accoding to need. I'm also responsible for hiring, promotion and termination of said students if necesssary.
