He successfully facilitated the coming about of the new end state governance model for the Design Authority of a large Dutch financial services company.
Bas's goal is to help clients be more effective in running large transformation programs. He does this through helping clients to effectively use EA in conjunction with other key change instruments (e.g., programme management, portfolio management, etc).

Next to my fulltime occupation as Senior Advisor at Ernst & Young, I'm currently conducting a PhD-research on the 'Performance of the Enterprise Architecture function' . This includes topics such as: Effectiveness, Efficiency, and Stakeholder Satisfaction.
I've published six scientific papers on my PhD-research. I expect to finish writing my dissertation this year.
