The common challenge we hear from companies is their current staffing vendor’s inability to find these highly sought-after resources in a timely manner. The reason we have the ability to offer these resources is because it is our focus. The majority of firms spend their time recruiting for 95% of a companies IT positions. We focus on the other 5%.
