I have been involved in sports for more than 18 years either as a sports events manager, administrator or as a national and international sports official. My preoccupation in life is to build bridges with other sporting nations to be able to gain precious opportunities and acquire the sufficient knowledge on the world’s best sports development practice and make a difference by giving my best share in the development of Philippine sports.
• Plan, organize and supervise work schedules of various committees under the event Organizing Committee;
• Prepare and communicate event background, requirements and guidelines for implementation and operations;
• Liaise with event partners and venue personnel on preparations and calendar of activities;
• Monitor progress of operations and preparations in line with projected event operations timetable;
• Review work plans, requirements and operational procedures of involved event committees;
• Collate and compile data for reports to event management.
• Oversee the day to day operations of various facilities and personnel;
• Assist in the formulation and development of operational policies and standard operating procedures to ensure the level of service determined by the Organizing Committee;
• Monitor progress of operations and preparations in line with projected event operations timetable.
