    · Led interim turn-around technology effort after the abrupt departure of CIO. Successfully redirected a team of 50 engineers and project managers to triage and launch the company’s online store debut. Established a formal software development process that enabled the technology team to manage priorities and on-time delivery of new features.
    · Led negotiating team that established the terms of the company’s $275MM merger with wine.com. Managed integration team made up of executive staff, outside legal counsel and accountants to perform due diligence. Oversaw and managed development of the definitive agreement and joint integration plan.
