I'm passionate about the financial advice industry as I believe great advice changes lives. Having worked with many financial advisers during my career, I've had first hand experience on the positive impact these men and women have had on the Australians they coach and mentor. I also believe we make a difference by being great leaders and actively discuss the merits of strong leadership traits via my blog in the IFA online publication. I have been honoured to receive recognition as a finalist in the inaugural Money Management Women in Financial Services awards in two categories - Mentor of the Year & Industry Advocate of the Year. I have also been a finalist in the Westpac Women of Influence - Customer category. This year brings many exciting adventures & opportunities for personal growth as I undertake the David Williams Fellowship. Secondment position - responsible for delivering relevant & comprehensive dealer services to the Securitor network.

During this time our team working in conjunction with the Marketing team, re-designed and implemented our CVP, new brand architecture and refresh. We also established a comprehensive framework to deliver high quality professional development, working closely with the Advice Capability team.

During this time I also lead a team that is responsible for the insurance offer, our Licensee Select offer and business partner programs.
