I have been fortunate in my life to always love the work that I do.
Currently I work for Realogy, NRT and I am responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Education & Career Development Department, including management of Training & Administrative staff; design, development and delivery of Sales Training and overall Curriculum across 4 states.
Some key areas of contribution while at NRT:
• Worked with Senior Leadership to meet training needs of Sales Force
• Led the company wide implementation of the "HomeBase" electronic transaction management platform
• Worked with Senior Leadership to establish business rules; integrated key business services; led administrative implementation and training roll out for "HomeBase"
• Managed the strategy and integration of WebEx as our electronic delivery platform
• Completed needs assessment on retention and productivity of Sales force and implemented solutions across the organization
• Developed Sales Skills and Sales Productivity courses, including New Agent Training Program
• Led the Continuing Education Programs of our Sales Associates across 4 States with different regulatory requirements.
My background includes work in the Health Care, Management Consulting and Sales Fields.
In Health Care I worked as a clinician and then operations manager for UPenn Hospital.
I was then recruited to work as a Change Management Consultant for Accenture where I designed & developed Education Programs & Communication Initiatives for Fortune 500 client companies in Pharmaceutical, Telecom and Manufacturing.
I have a Master of Arts Degree with a mental health specialty from Drexel University and was in the process of completing a 2nd Masters in Instructional Systems Design & Development at Penn State when I was recruited to work for Accenture.
