I have enjoyed identifying emerging technologies, evaluating market potential, and pursuing new ventures throughout my career to date.
Since 2007 I have been a director at IRBNet, the leading web-based solution to manage federal ethics compliance board requirements governing biomedical and behavioral research, as well as other critical committees and boards. IRBNet's Member community includes universities and colleges, community hospitals and larger hospital networks, and select Federal and State agencies.

From 1990-1993 I worked for a large Japanese construction company helping build relationships at Universities across the US and stimulate tech transfer. Later I spent 4 years working as a technology and innovation management consultant for Arthur D. Little. With ADL I supported R&D and technology investment decision making, and economic development initiatives aimed at fostering new growth. I also worked in Korea, Puerto Rico, and spent a bit of time in Europe while having a base in Cambridge. I left to co-found Cambridge Incubator (dba Cambridge innovation Center) in 1999. There I collaborated on fund raising, led corporate development, seed deal flow and investment analysis while building a presence in Cambridge, MA.
In 2002 I formed Pinnacle Road to support early stage ventures with business refinement, customer generation, fund raising and other operational needs. Work has included collaborating to build an film production company, advising an early stage biomass energy distribution business, exploring the potential for a client to launch an environmentally safe new product consulting business, and other work to help promising technology-rich companies get off the runway.
