September 2012 – August 2013 (1 year) Chicago
My job was to manage and complete service for a list accounts that I am given on a monthly basis. I inspected, treated, and made recommendations in every account that I serviced each month. As a pest control expert my main goal was to eliminate and prevent pest issues in my accounts. The other goal is build a relationship with my clients, as well as educate them on ways to prevent conducive conditions in which pests might occur. Building a relationship was key in that line of work, because it aided in retention of clients. I went through extensive trainings and certifications to be organic and conscious of my surroundings while treating clients effectively.

Data Collection and Analysis
Wildlife Data Integration Network
October 2011 – December 2011 (3 months)
My primary job is to organize and analyze the data that the WDIN has collected. In the analysis, I determine which statistics show interesting patterns, and present this data back to the user. The data being collected includes; organization the user is affiliated with, region in which the data was collected, which species of wildlife the observed, whether the animal was sick/dead/healthy, and what they user did with the animal.
My second job was to create my own transect, in which I observe the wildlife, describing the health of the species that I encounter.
I am also looking into setting up an automated response for the WDIN twitter account, which would allow for those who follow the WDIN to receive updates and news about the organization.
