Currently serving as Chairman of the Board for independent film company Red Echo Group, and its Let's Make A Movie after-school program which has already empowered over 1,500 kids in danger of becoming victims of substance abuse, violent crime and neglect to spend their free time collectively writing, acting, directing, producing, filming and editing more than 100 original movies in our test market.

Playing an instrumental leadership role in developing a new one-of-a-kind youth film festivals focused on celebrating diversity with major funding both from the private sector and non profit foundations. The pilot festival, Youth Filmfest KC! hit our test market in December 2008 to standing room only audiences, complete with red carpet, trophies and media attention.
