Andreas Kaltenbrunner’s Summary
My research focuses on the study of population dynamics. In particular, I study the dynamics of large ensembles of stochastic integrate-and-fire neurons with delayed coupling and Internet user behavior. I also work on event driven models of spiking neurons and I am interested in how learning can be implemented in biologically inspired artificial systems. Recently I got interested in the study of human behaviour and social networks in large online spaces.
