Report, analyze and control Microfluidics Division revenues (250M$), costs and investments, at product, customer and segment level, versus a given objective in order to support the Management in achieving improvement in the financial performance.
Control the overall business on actual data through the analysis of the different reporting (P&L, costs), keeping the division management informed about the major events and the eventual corrective actions.
Contribute to evaluate the profitability of each perspective business collecting the sales forecast and estimating the manufacturing, R&D, marketing, G&A costs.
Elaborate and support the Management in the annual Budget definition.
Monthly report and comment the financial trend indicating the deviations from the commitments.
Measure the single product performance, evaluating the appropriate metrics at each phase in the global process
