    Due to the closure of Belgium Operations system it was required to migrate the existing Fixed Assets into EBS SAP System (6 months).

    The FA Process area included all the activities related to the management of the assets throughout their life, from the moment of the capital expenditure's authorisation to the asset's disposal / elimination. It involved both the accounting operations and the physical tracking of assets.

    Main processes within the area were the following:
    • Manage capital budget;
    • Create and maintain asset master data;
    • Place assets into service and capitalise;
    • Process and maintain depreciation;
    • Miscellaneous operations: transfers, disposals, revaluation and write-offs of assets;

Activities and Societies: I spent my wonderful childhood in Mozambique. When I was studying at this University I joined the African Group. It was my way to still be linked to Africa. We were students from all the PALOPS Countries (ex-colonies that speak portuguese). Every year we used to organize the Africa week Seminar, where we would invite the representants of these countries in Portugal. Our aim was to discuss how could we help and show the African Culture. One of my roles was contacting companies to fundraising us.
