Key Accomplishments:
· Developed the communication and rollout of a large-scale reorganization initiative across Asia Pacific that led to a saving of € 18m. The project was nominated for a change management award by HRM in February 2009.

Apart from the actual events, my role included the management of the nomination process, budgeting, negotiation of contracts with various vendors and communication. Both programs set a new benchmark for the quality of such programs within DHL and I also saved over € 50k in budgeted expenses.
