Some of my duties include reviewing jobs with the recruiting team, pro-active recruiting for my accounts, coordinating interview times, resume reviews, in-depth screening/interviewing of candidates before they are presented to our clients, completing reference checks, preparing candidates for interviews, meeting with consultants on their first day to ensure they are productive immediately and maintaining strong relationships with our current clients.
