During her years working for Nokia in Mexico, Ms. Marcarian played an important role in assisting Nokia Networks to plant its footprint in the region. She managed the start up of Nokia Networks activities in Argentina, Guatemala, Uruguay in 2004, and Paraguay and Panama in 2005, as well as successfully negotiated several multi-million telecom infrastructure supply agreements with América Móvil’s and Telefónica’s subsidiaries in Latin America.
