Fernandez is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and has trained, managed and directed sales teams for both new developments and condo conversion projects. Having sold over 700 residences and $120 million in inventory, Fernandez was selected by The Wall Street Journal number 34 of the top 200 sales teams in the nation in 2006.
Alejandro Fernandez has nearly two decades in sales and marketing experience and received a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Florida International University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Miami.
