Achieva Realty was the brainchild of Adam Pasquale. He decided to launch his career in Real Estate because of the perception of poor customer service that Agents had. Adam is very different. His Company Achieva Realty is the polar opposite of a conventional Real Estate firm. He is a dynamic leader and very creative. As a Broker/Owner, he has forged relationships with individuals, private businesses and municipal organizations to ensure viability for Achieva Realty. Achieva Realty is extremely selective about who is allowed to work with the company. It shows in the numbers! Adam is recognized locally as an expert in Private and Government Development.

During my tenure at Care Solutions, the Company experienced astronomical growth. His efforts contributed to the addition of satellite branches in Marlborough and Boston. There were 5 Corporate divisions: Home Health Care, Private Nursing, Staffing Agency, Adult Day Health Programs and an Assisted Living Management Company. Adam's defining moment with Care Solutions was when the Company took over the Management of New Horizons Assisted Living in Marlborough. There was only a 9 day notice prior to assuming the responsibility for the Health Service’s for 70 residents. Adam as the lead figure for the project. His first thought was…”let’s hire everyone who is working there and weed through them over time”. Well, that approach did not work because all of the employee’s elected to leave. Adam had the daunting challenge of staffing an assisted living within 1 week. Well, he made it happen. The residents were safe and care was in place. It normally would require 3 months to prepare for a contract transfer of that magnitude. Adam I did it 1 week.

"We walk the toughest beat in the State" ... That is the motto for Correction Officers! To say Adam served lunch to the Boston Strangler would be an understatement. He worked with the most violent inmates in Mass. You would see them on TV and he would see them the next day. Care, Custody and Control... that was the job description. Adam decided to leave because "nothing good comes out of jail". However, Adam feels that his prison experience is actually an advantage in business. During his tenure, he managed the Isolation Unit, Health Service' Unit and the kitchen. Adam also served as a member of the Tactical Response Team (Prison SWAT) and responded to violent situations when life was in jeopardy.
The work of a Correction Officer is very stressful. In his opinion, it is the toughest job!

I loved this school and went there on a baseball scholarship. I batted .474 for The Hawks. I wanted to stay, but they decided to eliminate the scholarship program. I could not afford to stay and decided to leave. I still network with Professor Woods and Belpedio!
1993 — 1993
Attended AIC on a baseball scholarship. On the 3rd day of practice in September, I broke my toe. One week later I had mono. I became a red shirt (that means I am on the team but not getting $) and left because I could not afford the school without scholarship $.
Urban Studies 1997
I have 160 credits on file! Still need more because of my transfer history and major change.
