Xbox: Design & production of the Xbox 360 console software, including 5 major UX updates over 2 years post-launch. Helped define the production workflow for building Xbox 360 applications. Worked closely with developers, testers, and feature PM’s to define, build, and test Xbox 360 system applications. Managed sound design for the Xbox 360 console UI. Directed an external vendor and delivered friendly and engaging UI sounds. Drove internal focus group testing. Designed UI sounds for the Xbox 360 wireless headset. Designed the Xbox 360 UX for XNA Game Studio Express. Launched the Fall '05 Xbox.com redesign to widespread and critical acclaim. Contributed to the spring 2007 site redesign, including creation of site-wide information architecture diagrams, wireframes, and user flows.
Zune: Designed and maintained information architecture diagrams, UI flows, and other documentation. Worked closely with usability, dev, test, and marketing to create a cohesive end-to-end experience.
