Greater Chicago Area
I've worked as a journalist and reporter in the Chicago area for the past 15 years, the past 10 have which have been for Adweek Magazine. During that time, I've covered (and broken news about) some of the world’s best-known advertising agencies, such as Leo Burnett, Fallon Worldwide and DDB, and Fortune 500 companies, such as McDonald’s, Kellogg and Procter & Gamble. My experience includes writing quick copy for wire services and the Web, as well as radio scripts, daily news and long-piece features on a variety of topics, ranging from advertising and marketing, general business, and government finance. I'm also currently Chicago editor of Urbanhound.com, the urban dog owner's other best friend. At times, I've also acted as project editor for various projects, including Adweek's annual report cards, regional coverage and the Midwest Web section of Adweek.com.
Writing, editing, critical thinking, analysis, marketing and communcations.
