In my current role I work to help the City of Tacoma tell its story to the public through positive relationships with the media, making information easy for the general public to access online and over the phone. I also offer communications advice for city departments and leadership.
I am the author or co-author of four books, a former online communities manager and long-time blogger of more than 10 years.
