i control the overall business on actual data through the analysis of the different reporting (P&L, costs), keeping the division management informed about the major events and the eventual corrective actions.
I contribute to evaluate the profitability of each perspective business collecting the sales forecast and estimating the manufacturing, R&D, marketing, G&A costs.
I elaborate and support the Management in the annual Budget definition.
I monthly report and comment the financial trend indicating the deviations from the commitments.
I measure the single product performance, evaluating the appropriate metrics at each phase in the global process

(2002 - 2004) During university years, I worked as fitness trainer in some gyms. It has been very exciting and at the same time a chance to understand how to manage people. ( 2002 - 2005 ) During university years and after, I've worked in the HO.RE.CA. as bartender. I practiced this activity among people and it has been a good experience because I improved my relationship skills. It brought me to be customer satisfaction oriented. In the spare time: Snowboard, Soccer, Travels.
