I like to work with people who are thinking about purchasing or refinancing a home very early in the process so that I have time to review their credit, income and debts so that they can be approved when they are ready. Repairing and correcting credit reports is necessary for a large percentage of people. Many times their credit is being reported incorrectly and it is not very difficult to fix.
