I joined the Ministry of Defence Police in 1980 serving in Wales and Scotland before joining the Metropolitan Police in 1982.
I spent the next 17+ years in uniform at Croydon and Southall and as a detective in Specilist Operations and the Management and Development School.
In 2000 I returned home to Wales when I transferred to Heddlu Gwent Police and in 2006 sought pastures new by joing the British Transport Police.
I am currently on secondment to the National Policing Improvement Agency as Team Leader for the Positive Action Leadership Programme.
Training and consulting on Trainer Training, Diversity, Leadership and Policing.
