• Monitor the company’s overall production of translation and interpretation projects. Oversee the successful execution of complex translation and interpretation projects across various industry verticals, including ones that involve multiple foreign languages and that require value-added services such as desktop publishing and project management.
• Improve and maintain the service-delivery procedures to track jobs received from clients, to support translation work, and to educate clients and vendors.
