Vice President at Barbary Coast Consulting
San Francisco Bay Area
Pragmatic, professional and committed to delivering results
I joined Barbary Coast Consulting after 20 years of experience working in government at the local, state and national levels. I have worked on national political campaigns, for both Houses of Congress and for the U.S. Department of State both at home and abroad. For the last 12 years, I have lived in and worked for San Francisco: during work hours as an Investigator for the City Attorney's Office and off duty as a City Commissioner and non-profit Board Member and volunteer.
As a graduate of the Lyndon Baines Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas and Georgetown University, I maintain a sense of the big picture without losing sight of the critical details. With a background that also includes policy development, journalism and international consulting, I am an accomplished policy analyst and strategic thinker. Tightly focused on delivering results, I have committed myself to leaving my adopted home of San Francisco better than how I found it.
