Bill Jacobs is President of ASERT LLC and DialogCoach LLC. He has over 20 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, med device experience in Sales, Sales Management and Training. He started his career in human resources after receiving his Bachelor of Science degree from Seton Hall University.

Bill’s experience includes 7 years at SmithKline Beecham (sales and sales management), 5 years with Smiths Industries Medical Systems (sales management and managed care), 5 years at Anesta Corporation (scientific liaison), and 3 years with Aventis Oncology (training and development leadership).

The vision Bill has for ASERT is to deliver quality education and training solutions at affordable prices. The business model established by ASERT has been successful, and continues to find value for each client. In March of 2005, the strategic decision to purchase DialogCoach was made to increase the value of ASERT’s portfolio of offerings. In 2006 ASERT/DialogCoach became part of the InVentiv family of companies. Both ASERT and DialogCoach continue to grow and prosper under Bill’s leadership and empowering style within each organization.
